How to Take Care of Your facial Skin


People should realize how important their skin is and how it affects the health and appearance as well. The value of healthy skin cannot be undermined. We take our skin very lightly and spend too little time thinking about its importance. Don’t you think that our skin is the biggest body organ? Our skin protects ourselves from the external environment by preventing the toxic elements in our Eco system to get inside our body. The skin also helps to detoxify the body, secreting the body waste through its tiny pores. It also removes many toxic elements which we consume or intake, taking care and detoxification of liver and renal system. The skin helps maintain our body temperature. When we have a high temperature or when we work hard, our skin sweats to lower inner temperature. Our skin also plays a big part in our defense mechanisms. In one word the skins not only makes us look good and appealing but also protect our delicate internal organs from diseases and toxic elements of the environment.
A good skin care is very important when you want a clean and vibrant skin, and this is not an easy task. If you neglect your skin, your skin becomes dull and prone to diseases. Before take care of your skin, first you should know about your skin type so that you can take the right steps to maintain and protect it. There are two types of skin we generally find, one is dry and another is oily. You cannot follow the same procedure to take care of a dry skin and oily skin. Here are some steps to take care of two different types of skin tone.
Dry Skin:
Many people have dry skin and it’s very problematic both physically and socially. Dry skin can cause irritation and uncomfortable and it may long term dermatological affects on your face. Dry skins are usually tight and flaky and this can also feel you low in social gatherings. There are many reasons of dry skin. Air pollution, excessive heat, harsh soaps, low humidity and lack of moisturizer in the air are the main reasons of dry skin for most of the people. People with dry skin may suffer from wrinkles and fine lines as well.
The people are dealing with dry skin, should always wash and moisturize the skin in morning and night as well. Dry skin requires gentle cleansing and nice amounts of skin lotions. Avoid using commercial solutions and soap based solutions as they eliminate the skins organic, protective oils. Moisturize the skin after washing to keep it from drying out. Use a lotion that contains nutrients and 100 % organic ingredients. Use moisturizer at least half an hour before going to bed and a face pack on the skin once a week may eliminate dead surface skin cells.
You can create your own morning cleanser by combining 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp. of lemon juice, 1-teaspoon of olive oil, a few drop of rosewater and lime juice together. Use daily.
Create your own beauty face pack also with combination of 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of honey, ½ teaspoon of olive oil and a few drops of rose water. You can use the mixture on your face and left it on for 15 minutes before washing off.
You may use face mask by mixing 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of green clay powder. You should applied on your face and leave it for 20 minutes. You should avoid the eye area while implement it. Oily Skin
Oily skin is a result of excessive production of sebum. The cleaning or washing your oily skin starts with good cleanser. It is very important to wash your face on a regular basis whether you wear makeup or not. It clears not only the make ups it’s also clear the dirt, bacteria, unwanted fragments and excessive oil. Cleaning is also to prepare the skin to absorb any other after cleaning products like serum or toner. When comes to choose a cleanser you have to be very wise and always think of mild cleanser. Harsh soap or cleanser may increase the oil factors of the skin. You should wash your skin with cold water mix with a good cleanser. Use separate cleanser for facial skin and body skin. Don’t forget to use toner or astringent every day after cleaning your face. Drinking sufficient water is very useful to deal with oily skin. You should drink at least 4ltrs of water every day, its remove all the toxic substances from your skin. Yogurt is also good for oily skin, its removes extra oil from your skin.
